Our favorite walk

the medieval road to Saint-Lattier

Looking for a charming and scenic walk? The medieval route of Saint-Lattier is ideal for a hiking at the foot of the Vercors, between nature and heritage. From the peaceful banks of the Isère to an old paved road steeped in history, the route offers a beautiful diversity of landscapes.

Along the way, you walk in the footsteps of an old thoroughfare between the South of France and the Savoy region, observing the period paving stones and the ruts worn by carts of yesteryear. The gradual, shaded climb winds through a forest rich in local species – oaks, maples, chestnut trees – ideal in spring.

To extend the experience, continue to the Bel Air orientation table, just a few hundred meters further: an unobstructed view of the Vercors awaits you there.
