Museum Overview

A pleasant family walk with lovely views of the Châtelard fortified house, a fortified farm dominated by an imposing medieval tower as a keep.

A small detour will take you to the small Maurice Dumoulin pond, ideal for family fishing with a designated picnic area. Don't miss a visit to the Château de l'Arthaudière, less than 2 km away, it is classified as a historic monument.

Departure from St Bonnet de Chavagne in the center of the village, head towards Montagne, passing in front of the Chapelle Notre Dame de la Salette. At the Le Chatelard crossroads, continue straight towards Le Plumet, then left towards Trémolé. Return to St-Bonnet-de-Chavagne via Le Châtelard.
