This GR® de Pays Tour des Coulmes trail invites you to discover one of the most unspoiled gems of the Vercors massif. Along the way, the route crosses the majestic forests of the Coulmes, traverses peaceful alpine pastures, and reaches spectacular viewpoints offering breathtaking views of the Vercors cliffs, the Isère valley, the peaks of the Chartreuse mountains, and, on a clear day, the Alps. Between wild nature, mountain heritage, and charming villages, this multi-day hike offers a timeless escape, punctuated by the tranquility of wide-open spaces, the diversity of landscapes, and the richness of a mountain that has retained its authentic character.
