To better meet the needs of both landlords and tenants, legal experts offer legal advice on all financial and tax aspects related to housing. The Saint-Marcellin Vercors Isère Community is here to help.

The Isère Departmental Housing Information Agency (ADIL) provides free legal, financial and tax advice on housing to both owners and tenants concerning:
- Rental: lease, rent, charges, inventory, rental repairs, steps to find social housing, a guarantor or even financing a security deposit, etc.
- Financing: loans and assistance that you can benefit from, establishment of a financing plan or a financial diagnosis adapted to the user's personal situation, guarantees such as mortgages or surety bonds, etc.
- Contracts: sales contract, construction contract, business contract, project management contract, loan contract.
- Taxation: rental investment, VAT, local taxes, transfer taxes, tax benefits, etc.
- Co-ownership: general meeting, works, charges, majority rules, union council, etc.
- Regulations on the quality of housing: decency, insalubrity, asbestos, lead, termites, energy management, etc.
- Insurance: related to loans, construction, housing,
- Relations with professionals: real estate agent, notary, trustee, architect, builder, project manager, credit institution, etc.

The office hours are every first Thursday of the month, from 10 a.m. to 13 p.m., at the intercommunality house in Saint-Marcellin.
The service is free, by registering at 04 76 53 37 30 (ADIL Isère).
