Are you a homeowner or landlord with a project to improve the energy performance of your home? The Saint-Marcellin Vercors Isère community is here to help.

To target your work, find competent companies and finance your project, meet with an AGEDEN energy advisor (commissioned by the community of communes).

To better target your project, the advisor will conduct a personalized interview with you, which can be done during a home visit for a customized project. They will provide you with advice on the most suitable solutions.

To find qualified companies, the advisor will direct you to RGE-certified companies (recognized as environmental guarantors). They will assist you in analyzing the quotes received.

To finance your project, the advisor will review existing aid with you and help you put together the financing applications for which you may be eligible.

Every month the energy advisor holds a meeting at the multi-service center (3 avenue Brun Faulquier) in Vinay.
