A film screening and discussion about pastoralism: between tradition and modernity...
Through encounters with women and men who have reconnected with forms of traditional pastoralism, Thomas Berzosa's documentary takes us on a journey to discover pastoral farming and the territories that sustain it.
From the landscapes of the Massif Central to the testimonies of committed farmers, the film questions the place of livestock farming in our territories and highlights an agricultural model based on the bonds between animals.
humans, landscapes and ecosystems.
The screening will be followed by a time for discussion and debate with farmers, to reflect together on the links between pastoralism, livestock farming, territories and food transition.
The evening will continue with a buffet of local products, providing an opportunity to extend the discussions in a friendly atmosphere.
This evening is part of the programming for the month of food transition.
