Family farm at the foot of the Vercors specializing in raising ducks and the artisanal production of foie gras and duck specialties.

La Ferme des Cassières is a limited liability agricultural operation located in La Sône in Isère, active since 1992, which raises ducks outdoors with respect for animal welfare.

The ducks are raised directly on the farm, fed primarily with cereals grown on the property, with a focus on local sourcing. Every step, from the arrival of the ducklings to slaughter and processing, is carried out using traditional methods to guarantee high-quality products.

The farm offers a wide range of duck products, including various foie gras (whole raw, semi-cooked, canned), rillettes, pâtés, duck cassoulet, duck fat and other gourmet specialties.

The farm shop allows you to discover and buy these products on site, and some are also available in partner outlets in the region.
