La ferme du Palmier raises goats and transforms the milk produced into a range of farm dairy products: fresh cheeses, faisselles, yogurts as well as raw or pasteurized goat's milk, available directly at the farm or via short supply chains.

The farm also sells products from its apiary, including honey, thus complementing its agricultural offering.

The farm project incorporates a concern for animal welfare with an environment adapted for the goats and positions itself as an alternative to traditional agri-food trade, promoting local sales and professional integration prospects for people with autism.
