Breeding of Helix aspersa (Gros gris) snails, and preparation of snails cooked by us

We are Muriel and Philippe and we raise Gros gris snails (Helix aspersa born in France) and cook them with fresh ingredients from local producers, in order to offer quality products in different recipes.
Our products are mainly sold directly from our farm, at nearby markets and fairs (find all the information on our website or on our Facebook page).
