Gîte le Franquet - Sweety Ranch

The "Le Franquet" stopover gîte is located on the site of the Sweety Ranch, a place designed for horses and riders, in a very "western" atmosphere.

Sweety Ranch is Gilles' "childhood dream", a site completely dedicated to horses, in a "ranch" atmosphere.
Upon arriving at Sweety Ranch, one is immersed in a different world that resonates with the American West.

Ideally located on the major equestrian route "Les Chemins de Mandrin" or the "Bièvre Chambaran" circuit, the Le Franquet gîte is an ideal stopover for riders and drivers.

The barn, the mountain trail, the carousel...rocks, wood, sand, reeds, you will be welcome in Gilles' world, a "sweety" world.

The cottage is located at the entrance to the site, a large car park allows vans and trucks to be parked easily.
It is possible to rent the cottage for one night, for a stopover or for several days if you wish to take advantage of the equestrian facilities.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area and a toilet.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The cottage can be rented on a self-catering or half-board basis; meals will be ordered from the restaurant next door.

Horses are accommodated in the paddock, individually or in small groups. Hay and water are available directly in the shelters.

The riding arena rental is €10 per hour/rider and the mountain trail is €10 per half-day/rider. These rates are reserved for guests staying at the gîte.
