Stone and wood for a refined and authentic gîte furnished in an old building that has always been part of a walnut grove and complemented by a horse farm.

All modern comforts for 6 people in a sunny setting with a refreshing atmosphere in summer. Ground floor: dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer), living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom, WC, laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single bunk beds). Garden, covered terrace, barbecue, garage. Extras: Lake and fishing nearby. Natural, tourist, and heritage sites of the Vercors region.
