Véronique and Christophe welcome you in a green setting, located on the foothills of the Vercors Regional Natural Park. Large shaded terrace and wooded park. Quiet rural environment, at the gateway to the Drôme and a beautiful view of the Vercors mountains.
Territory rich in natural and tourist sites: Gardens with petrifying fountains, paddle steamer, railway garden, Thaïs Caves and Choranche Caves, spectacular road of the Gorges de la Bourne, water museum. Hyperactive people can try climbing, caving or canyoning, paragliding, hiking...

On one level: large living room-kitchen and XXL lounge opening onto the shaded terrace and the park. Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200 cm), bathroom & shower, toilet.

Upstairs: mezzanine, Bedroom 2 (3 single beds 90x200 cm), Bedroom 3 (2 single beds 90x200 cm and sitting area), Bedroom 4 (2 single beds 80x190 cm). All beds can be joined together. Shower room and toilet. Central heating, laundry room with washing machine & dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher.

Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parking, and a park are available. Christophe and Véronique live 80 meters away in a detached house. The ground floor of the cottage is wheelchair accessible. The grounds are not fenced and pets are welcome.

All shops and restaurants in Saint Marcellin 8 km away, downhill & cross-country skiing 32 km away. Bakery, pharmacy, small shops in Saint Romans 5 km away....
