Next to a field of walnut trees, our Gîte benefits from a large outdoor space. Very peaceful setting to spend pleasant moments in the countryside.

The La Noyeraie gîte is a 75m² detached house, located in the heart of the village of Poliénas. A covered shelter of 25m² is at your disposal to park your vehicle, for example.

Shaded ground on the edge of the walnut grove, you can relax in the shade of the walnut trees, with the possibility of having barbecues while your children play in the sandbox or with a ball!

The ground floor is made up of a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge area with a fireplace. The shower room and WC are also on the same level.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, for 6 people.

We are at your disposal. to help you discover our farm where walnut production is the main activity and visit the farm where there is also, for the pleasure of the children, the farm pig, calves, rabbits and a barnyard. In the immediate vicinity we also offer you the gîte La Maison des Fleurs for 6 people.
