Furnished studios "Le Pitrou"

Presentation

Rent several furnished studios of approximately 30m² for a period of more than one month. They have private parking and are located 200 meters from the town centre, college/high school and 700 meters from the train station.

The studios are made up of a main room (two windows, double bed, two armchairs, table, chairs), a kitchen (a window, under-counter "top" refrigerator, hotplates, oven, sink), a a bathroom and a WC. They are fitted with double glazing (often electric shutters) and have electric heating.

Several studios being rented and work being carried out permanently, the photos are communicated by way of example and are therefore not contractual.
