Family establishment located in the heart of the Bourne gorges. Traditional & local cuisine prepared by our chef Marine. Establishment run by Vercors lovers. Do not hesitate to ask for advice for your visits to our beautiful region.

Family establishment of more than a century taken over in 2021 by a young couple in love with the Vercors (and their little Zola).
Building on their handover with the former owner, Andy and Marine will help you discover the beautiful Vercors region around local products (artisanal ravioli from Grands Goulets, seasonal vegetables from Ferme du Rocher or Ferme des Sisampas, Walnuts from Michallet family, Trout de la Vernaison from the Murgat fish farm etc), specialties (box in St-marcellin, Welsh vercors, fondue Vertaco) created by the chef Marine, local drinks (beer on tap from the Machine, selection of local beers , Bigallet walnut wine etc), but also tourist advice: bike ride, car ride, motorbike ride, hiking, tourist corner etc.

Details concerning animals : In the restaurant area, animals are accepted provided they are kept on a leash. As for the hotel part, animals are accepted for €4 and ideally in room 2 with terrace for the comfort of your animals
