Welcome to a space of well-being, where the balance and harmony of your body and mind are my priority. Explore, discover, and take the time to treat yourself to what you deserve most: self-care.

Certified in shiatsu by the Kokoro Ryu, also trained in many wellness practices (precious oil massages, foot reflexology, face and scalp massages), I am passionate about the human being in its entirety! I also offer weekly do-in classes as well as themed workshops on an ad hoc basis!
I am committed to supporting you with kindness, listening and respect for your person, in order to bring you relaxation and well-being on a daily basis!
I welcome you to my yurt in Chatte (38160) or can travel to the South Grésivaudan area, around the towns of Saint Marcellin, Vinay, within 15 kilometers around Chatte (or more with supplement).
