With family or friends, (re)discover the joys of winter in the Vercors. Two gateways to the estate: Patente in the town of Presles and Belvédère (Col de Romeyère) in Rencurel.

This diversity of activities makes it possible to attract both athletes looking for thrills on our committed cross-country ski trails and viewers who come to admire the beauty of our landscapes during their snowshoe walks or even families who wish to rediscover the pleasures of snow in the alpine space at the Col de Romeyère.

Alpine skiing

The alpine area, with its 3 ski lifts and 8 runs (3 green runs, 4 blue and 1 red) allows families to enjoy themselves far from the hustle and bustle of the big resorts! In the middle of the snow-covered fir trees and the fresh air of the Vercors, young and old come to learn and improve their skills in the pleasures of skiing. Toddlers will also be able to discover the pleasures of snow and their first slides in a safe, playful and colorful space.

Nordic Ski

The Nordic area offers more than 50km of trails in both styles, classic and skating. Experienced skiers can escape through the hilly massif of Coulmes, cross-country skiing, Nordic ski touring while 2 discovery loops are offered to beginners.

Because in Coulmes, we are not limited to skiing, come and discover the various fun activities to share with family or friends. 

Want to go sledding? Families will be able to hurtle down the slope of the space dedicated to the Col de Romeyère in Rencurel at the foot of the slopes. And for those who don't have any equipment, you can always rent sleds at the Rencurel foyer, a stone's throw away.

At the two entrances to the resort in Presles and Rencurel, find multi-activity trails, open to all modes of travel except motorized vehicles. They will allow beginner skiers, snowshoers and hikers to enjoy the resort at their own pace.

And finally, take the time to discover the Coulmes massif and its superb panoramas during snowshoe walks. The resort offers 9 secure and marked blue and red routes. They will take you on a discovery of the magnificent Coulmes beech grove with its viewpoints, animal footprints or vestiges of past human activities.

The ski centers and Rencurel and Presles are open every day from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 17 p.m. in the winter season and will allow you to take all the information you need to ski, rent equipment, buy your passes, etc The Saint-Marcellin Vercors Isère Tourist Office is also the point of contact for visitors wishing to stay in Les Coulmes.

access to the station

Two access points are possible: Porte de Rencurel (Col de Romeyère – access to the Alpine and Nordic areas) via the Bourne gorges or the Ecouges road; Porte de Presles (access to the Nordic area only) via the Saint-Pierre de Chérennes road. In winter, the connection between Presles and Rencurel via the Route du Mont Noir is made only by cross-country skiing. By car, it takes an hour to get from one gateway to the other through the Gorges de la Bourne.
