The passion of a job:

Born in Vendôme and proud of the specialties of his region, Mathieu Buisson passed his BEP in Blois, then obtained a Bac Pro. He then gained experience in various restaurants in Lyon and in Wales.

A perfectionist, he excels in developing menus and original buffets for receptions.

Today, Mathieu Buisson is still as passionate about his job as a cook-caterer and about culinary creation. He transmits his know-how to the youngest as a master of learning.

Its specialties: pistachio and truffled cervelas for the end-of-year celebrations, poultry dumplings, caillettes, head cheese, andouillettes, terrines. Mathieu Buisson, assisted by his companion Jessica, his butcher Julien, and his entire team have set up an organization and a range of services to best meet your needs.

- Shop: long opening hours, dishes of the day cooked every day, quick ordering by email from Tuesday to Saturday… the shop and its team do their utmost to satisfy you every day.

- Company catering: we prepare and deliver meal trays, breakfasts, snacks from Monday to Saturday. Our catering service also takes care of your buffets, gala dinners, inaugurations, etc.

- Receptions: a wedding, a festive meal or an aperitif buffet? We offer recipes to suit your image and your budget. Nice, the animation of meals cooked before your eyes (plancha, various workshops).
