Franck Petit pastry chef and chocolate maker, passionate about his job. The chef works with local producers whom he chooses to obtain fresh and authentic delicacies, mainly chocolate-based.
Concerned about a job well done, Franck Petit has concocted two regional specialties with incomparable flavors made from chocolate.
Le petit St Marc (gianduja praline, roasted nuts, crunchy chocolate pearls). Chocolate ravioli (old fashioned praline flavored with pistachio). Trademark.
Artinov Prize with the Chamber of Trades of Isère (2011 innovation prize).
