Coming from a family of farmers, Séverine Belle has always known the work of the farm and when, after thirteen years of experience in the food industry, she wishes to reorient herself, it is quite naturally that she turns to the agricultural sector. Her brother having taken over the nuciculture farm from their parents, it was on his farm that she decided to set up her mill in 2018.

The Moulin la Belle Huile offers a custom oil pressing service in a new, entirely stainless steel mill. It is equipped with a millstone to crush the kernels, a heater to roast them and a hydraulic press to extract the oil in a single push according to the traditional method.

At the same time, Séverine offers you a quality walnut and hazelnut oil pressed in the mill by her from Dauphiné kernels and French hazelnuts. And since “nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed” the Moulinière thus uses the cake obtained after pressing to obtain a walnut and hazelnut flour guaranteed gluten-free.

In addition, you can also discover the farm of La Belle Noix and the farm processing workshop where the gourmet products derived from nuts are prepared. A tasting will be offered to you.
