Cave Noisel: Royans company, at the heart of sustainable development. A social enterprise made up of employees with disabilities whose activity is the manufacture of derivative products made from Nuts.

Free visit to the Cave Noisel divided into 3 activities:
- Broadcast of a fifteen-minute video: “From harvesting to processing nuts”
- Demonstration of the production of walnut oil in an artisanal way thanks to a stone grinder mill from 1790
- Tasting of our nut specialties, from aperitif to dessert

Founded in 1991, Cave Noisel was taken over in 2017 by the “Handicapable” team of LMDES, an adapted company based in St Jean-en-Royans.
In 2018, we developed a new production site, created new products and multiplied the turnover.
La Cave Noisel employs 12 workers with disabilities, who take care of the manufacture of nut-based products, the pressing of walnut oil, the packaging and the preparation of orders.
We are located in the heart of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée "Noix de Grenoble" area. Our ambition is to transform a local product, to strengthen the local agricultural sector and employment, and to develop the integration of people with disabilities. A project bringing together all the facets of “sustainable development”: economic, societal and environmental.
Objective organic label nuts! La Cave Noisel is certified “Agriculture Biologique” and “Agriculture France” for about fifteen products approved by ECOCERT.
Our desire is to go further and extend our certification to all of our products. For us, it is essential to guarantee and promote respect for our land, responsible consumption, protection of consumer health and transparency in our production methods. We also want to preserve the nutritional benefits of our nut products, and aim for quality to better satisfy our customers.
The entire Cave Noisel team devotes itself to it with enthusiasm!
