Les Truites de la Vernaison (Jean-François Murgat) offers direct sales throughout the year of trout in various forms: white and salmon portions, fillets, smoked and rillettes.
As well as fario trout and large trout on order.

From 01/01/2023 to 31/10/2024, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Sale at the fish farm from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 14:30 p.m. to 18 p.m. as well as on Saturday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Closed Saturday afternoon, Sunday and public holidays.
