In addition to local brands and labels such as IsHere products, more than 5 official designations guarantee the origin and quality of our productions.
Among the jewels of the territory, our small round cheese made from Saint-Marcellin IGP cow's milk, which can be enjoyed dry or soft. The blue of Vercors-Sassenage AOP so recognizable with its blue cheese, as well as the IGP and Label rouge ravioli, this ancestral dish of Royans which is now displayed on all the tables of the country. The productions of our wine estates are also represented under the IGP "Vins de l'Isère". Finally, the list would not be complete without our favorite fruit with multiple benefits and used in all sauces: the Noix de Grenoble AOP.

Directly inspired by our specialties, Franck Petit, pastry chef-chocolatier in Saint-Marcellin offers us a unique chocolate version of our round cow's milk cheese (gianduja praline, roasted nuts, crunchy chocolate pearls). And who says Saint-Marcellin also says chocolate ravioli (stuffed with old-fashioned praline and flavored with pistachio)! Unique and artisanal flavors that you can't find anywhere else!
