Presentation

After being awarded the Gault et Millau d'Or in 2021 when he was chef at the Opéra Garnier in Paris, it was in the village of Albenc that Yann Tanneau (trained at Ducasse, Alain Senderens and Jérôme Banctel ) laid down his pans two years ago.

A fan of our local products, the chef offers very personal bistro cuisine with menus that change every week. Listed in the Michelin Guide, the establishment offers excellent value for money which has already seduced gourmets from a thousand miles around in this small village in the heart of the protected appellation of Grenoble walnuts.
