A free-range breeder of exceptional beef and pigs, the restaurateur Le Bélier Rouge is a reflection of local gastronomy, working almost exclusively with its production or local farmers. Referenced Gault and Millau 2022 gourmet getaways.
Breeder of exceptional Charolais and Wagyu breeds for oxen and mangalitza/Gascon two breeds of Iberian pigs. The production of the farm is cooked in our restaurant in Saint Antoine l'Abbaye from fresh meat to our award-winning charcuterie. But also all our traditional Dauphiné recipes.
