Nestled in the heart of the Vercors, in an exceptional setting, we are delighted to welcome you to the Auberge Les Galopins and on its shaded terrace. We offer you delicious dishes based on regional products and home-made cuisine.

Les Galopins open its doors to you in Malleval-en-vercors in an authentic and warm setting, for maximum pleasure on your plate.

Back since June 2019, we offer you in a renovated setting, to enjoy our sunny terrace but also and above all a cuisine neither too intensive nor too classic homemade, composed of local products and French meat.

The team offers you a menu guaranteeing the freshness and seasonality of carefully selected products.

Regarding supplies, we favor local and organic producers, in order to guarantee the quality of the products we cook for the preparation of our dishes:
- Organic seasonal vegetable at the Jardin de Cherennes in St Pierre de Cherennes
- Quail farm for organic goat cheeses
- Trout at the Izeron fish farm
- Walnuts and walnut oil at the Michallet farm in Cognin les Gorges
