Going up the wood of the shepherds, join the mountain pastures of the valley of Ecouges offering a point of view on the plain of Isère.
From the “Pont Chabert”, go up the track crossing the barrier to arrive at “La Scie”. Continue on the track passing “Les Grandes Routes” before reaching the houses at “Le Rivet”. Go opposite into the meadow towards "La Fessole" by crossing the fence and continuing on the grassy path. He leaves the meadow to return to the forest. Be careful to close the fence properly. The path successively fords two rivers before reaching “Le Pré du Sabot”. At the crossroads, turn left. The path leaves the forest further on to join a path at the bottom of the Combe des Écouges. Go up it to reach the “Fessole” farm. The return is by the same route.
