Presentation

When you are at the Dent de Moirans, the view of the Chartreuse massif, the Isère valley, and part of the Belledonne chain is remarkable. To see the orientation table between Beugnet and sous la dent (at a place called Bois Vert).

Departure from Montaud (village car park) head towards Dent de Moirans. Always follow the yellow-green markings between each directional sign, go to Cote Maillet and La Combe, go to the right to reach Beugnet. The pleasant path continues towards the north, stopping at the Bois vert viewpoint (landscape reading table). Arriving under the Dent, turn right onto the path which leads to the Dent de Moirans and its exceptional belvedere (be careful when approaching the cliff, especially with children!). To return to the village of Montaud from under the tooth, take the direction of St-Quentin-sur-Isère. The path winds through beech and spruce trees to find an open environment and reach the Masters. From there, go to Montaud passing through Chausson, the hamlet of Fayard before returning to Combe de Cote Maillet. The village is then not very far away.
