Museum Overview

Hum... this fruity taste that sparkles in the mouth! Clairette de Die has its own quality mark, that of Jaillance. 8 degrees of happiness and naturalness are enough to delight the palate!

Cave Jaillance produces AOC sparkling wines (Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die) and AOC still wines (Châtillon-en-Diois). Discover and taste the different Jaillance vintages as well as a non-alcoholic sparkling muscat “Delight”. The store is open 7 days a week (except January 7 and December 1). For sale: wines from the cellar and a selection of wines from the Rhône valley, as well as regional products.
