This communal cottage with 19 beds (Blanket provided without bedding and without bath towel) is located in the center of the village of Malleval en Vercors, at the start of hiking trails. It has 3 bedrooms (3 beds, 6 beds, 10 beds), an equipped kitchen, a living room, a large dining room, 2 showers including with disabled access, and 2 toilets. It is equipped with gas heating for the entire building. An outdoor terrace is available in front of the cottage, and a small garden is located at its entrance. It has a superb view of the cliffs of Malleval en Vercors, and allows you to enjoy the calm and tranquility of the place. This communal gite located at an altitude of 950m brings you freshness for summer nights, and allows you to recharge your batteries in an exceptional setting. It gives you access to various hikes in the area and from the cottage. You can visit the Nan gorges, the Presles cliffs, the Ecouges gorges, and hike on the Tour des Coulmes hiking circuit.
