A hike where the view of the village of Saint-Antoine and its abbey will never cease to accompany you.

Departing from Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, follow in the footsteps of the Antonins and discover the history of this medieval town and its prestigious abbey. Built between the XNUMXth and XNUMXth centuries, this abbey is one of Dauphiné's most remarkable achievements.

From Chatte, take the D27 in the direction of Saint-Just, then continue this road to Saint-Antoine-L'Abbaye.
Departure from the Porte de Lyon car park at the bottom of the village, on the Roybon side. Head due north via the PR to the Saint-Jean-le-Fromental chapel via La Bâtie: always stay on the main road. At the chapel, retrace your steps to the La Bâtie sign and turn left towards L'Enclos. After a slight climb, superb view of the Vercors chain and the Isère valley. At the L'Enclos sign, turn right to return to the village of Saint-Antoine: a fine view of the abbey.
