The Key of the Sands

Museum Overview

Collective farm of local producers gathered at the sand quarries in Saint Lattier, market, event, local life, social food action.

Gathered around a polyculture farm of about fifty hectares since 2020, Nicolas, Paloma, Lucas, Mathieu, Fanny, Rémi, Marina, Clément and Adrienne work together daily to produce in agro ecology fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheese, aromatic and medicinal plants or even cereals, flours, breads and oils, vegetable plants intended to be marketed locally through direct sales and short circuits to partner stores in the region.

The farm hosts a market all year round every Thursday with refreshments, catering and various events from April to October: concerts, shows, knowledge exchange workshops, etc.
