Véronique and Christophe welcome you in a green setting, located on the foothills of the Vercors Regional Natural Park. Large shaded terrace and wooded park. Quiet rural environment, at the gates of the Drôme and a beautiful view of the Vercors mountains.
Territory rich in natural & tourist sites: Gardens with petrifying fountains, Ferris wheel, Railway garden, Caves of Thaïs and Caves of Choranche, spectacular route of the Gorges de la Bourne, water museum. The hyperactive will be able to test climbing, caving or canyoning, paragliding, hiking... All shops and restaurants in Saint Marcellin at 8 km, alpine & Nordic skiing at 32 km. Bakery, pharmacy, small shops in Saint Romans 5 km away.... Single storey: large living room-kitchen and XXL lounge opening onto the shaded terrace and the park. Flat screen TV, WIFI. Bedroom 1 (2 90x200 beds twinned into a 180x200 bed), bathroom & shower, toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine, Bedroom 2 (3 90x200 beds or 1 double bed and 2 single bed), central heating, laundry room with washing machine & dryer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parking, park. Christophe and Véronique live 1m away in an independent house. The Gite is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. For animals, the land is not enclosed.
