Workshop as part of Rendez-vous aux jardins

The pharmacopoeia of the Hospitallers of Saint-Antoine and that described in the Capitulary of Villis by Charlemagne in the 9th century are full of information on the benefits of certain plants. Using these examples and the plant species present in the medieval garden, learn how to mix dry plants and spices to make your well-being herbal tea. Each participant will leave with a bag of herbal tea created together.

Speaker: Stéphane Rossi, pharmacist-herbalist, Au temps des fées (Grenoble, 38)
