Workshop in the medieval garden

During a workshop, discover the dyeing power of certain plants cultivated since the Middle Ages and presented in the medieval garden: pastel, madder or even dyers' mignonette are all resources for coloring materials. After a presentation of working with wool - an essential raw material for clothing - visitors discover textile dyeing.

Everyone then shapes a small object from dyed wool and leaves with their creation.
