“Catalogue from outside”: diorama workshop

Take part in a collective project, the results of which will be exhibited at the Halle this summer!
Valentin Defaux, artist in residence for transmission this year, invites you to revisit the images of a selection of works from the local collection of the media library, (tourism, hiking, climbing guides, etc.) through an initiation to the modeling and its decoration.
Come and make your own diorama, a fragment of Vercors clay, personal and miniature.
The modeling produced will be valued during the return of the residence, next July, to the Hall.

The residence :
“Catalogue du Outside” offers different audiences and local residents the opportunity to work on a personal interpretation of their immediate environment through a series of sculptural, photographic and digital experiences. Following different phases of collection, the artist designs and runs plastic experimentation workshops which hybridize volume, image, drawing and digital modeling tools. Once digitized in three dimensions, all the elements of this small encyclopedic enterprise will take place within a virtual ecosystem.
