Associative farm producing organic bread and vegetables. Sale every Tuesday from 17:30 p.m. to 19 p.m. during the village market. Organization of a festive market (bistro, entertainment) every 1st Tuesday of the month.

Faced with the observation of a lack of solutions to facilitate the integration of refugees (housing, work, social integration) and the problems of discrimination, Tero Loko offers a citizen alternative which will allow welcomed people to escape from the social emergency to be able to enter in a dynamic of reconstruction and projection.

The Tero Loko association runs a reception and integration center for refugees and local residents, with a dual objective: to participate in the local dynamic, by facilitating the integration of people in precarious situations in rural environment.

This project was born in Notre-Dame-de-l’Osier, a small village of 500 inhabitants, located next to Vinay, and 50 km from Grenoble.

The association thus responds to integration issues through comprehensive support:

- access to employment: the association offers those welcomed 26-hour integration work contracts (CDDI), as part of an integration project (ACI) in market gardening and bread production. Production is carried out according to the principles of organic farming and the overall management of the site is designed in a way that is most respectful of ecosystems.

- access to shared, mixed and dignified housing and support towards sustainable housing. Housing support is offered to the entire family. We are carrying out the project, in partnership, to rehabilitate apartments on site to allow employees in integration to live close to their work, with their families.

- setting up workshops to exchange know-how, raise awareness, etc. allowing mutual enrichment between inhabitants of the territory and the place.

Welcoming the first people began in March 2019, with the reception of the first 5 employees on the integration site. A gradual ramp-up is then planned over 3 years, to reach full scale of the structure to accommodate 15 employees.

Tero Loko puts people and ethics at the heart of its approach. The association is focused above all on the creation of local social links, making it possible to remove the main obstacles to integration (employment, housing, isolation, learning French).

Tero Loko promotes the active participation of all its members in its governance, by promoting the culture of each person, with the aim of strengthening the power to act of the people welcomed.

Tero Loko is also part of a sustainable development and environmental awareness approach. It is based on the principle that the interaction between humans and nature is conducive to reconstruction.
