Breeding of Helix aspersa (Gros gris) snails, and preparation of snails cooked by us

We are Muriel and Philippe and we raise Gros gris snails (Helix aspersa born in France) and cook them with fresh ingredients from local producers, in order to offer quality products in different recipes.
The marketing of our frozen products is mainly done through direct sales on our farm.
